    • My shopping list is a note of all the purchases you have made in Mymall. Which helps you order quickly and easily in the future..

  • When will I receive my order?
    • Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot.Decide the delivery time of your order. At the same time we deliver delivery to your doorstep..

  • How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?
    • Fresh fruit and vegetables are cleaned with water in our hands and afterwards your order is carefully packed in order to ensure that there is no loss of damage to your care..

  • How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?
    • Fruit is a naturally occurring item. Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by4 to 5% at maximum. Therefore if you have shopped for something that costs Rs. 100 per kg, and we delivery 1.5 kg of the product to you (eg Cauliflower, Custard apple), you will still be charged a maximum of Rs. 105. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less.

  • How will the delivery be done?
    • We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

  • How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
    • Yes Obviously You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

  • How much are the delivery charges?
    • Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 500

  • Do you deliver in my area?
    • You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.

  • Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
    • In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery. But sometimes it happens rarely in an area like traffic..

  • Do you do same day delivery?
    • Yes, but you will deliver on the day you want delivery

  • What is Same Day Delivery?
    • All you have to do is order before 2PM it will be delivered same day. After 2 PM order will be delivered next day in the slot chosen by you.

  • Is Same Day Delivery applicable to only a few products or all products?
    • The Same day Delivery is applicable to our entire range of products.

How Does it Work

  • Where do the products come from?
    • It comes from directyly manufacture or distributors. We provide best quality for you.

  • How is my order processed?
    • As soon as you place an order, the following actions take place:
      1.You will get a notification through SMS of the confirmed order along with the expected delivery time.
      2.The Specialty Store is notified of the order and the delivery slot. The Specialty Store then prepares your order, packs it and generates their bill for the same.
      3.Meanwhile, after the order is accepted by the store, an executive is deployed by mymall to pick up the order and deliver the same to you.
      4. After the order is delivered to you successfully, you will receive an SMS confirming the delivery. You may also receive a call for feedback.
      Throughout the above stages, our Order Fulfilment Team continuously monitors the process so that you get the desired product within the time committed to you. In case the order cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever, the same will be informed to you at the earliest.

  • How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
    • We try to make sure the inventory at the store is always updated so that your order can be fulfilled at all times. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable at the store you selected, our order fulfilment team will notify you of the same in quick time. They will also suggest possible alternatives for the out of stock product should you desire to change the order.

  • How can I give feedback on the quality of customer service?
    • If you are satisfied with our services Our customer support team constantly strives to ensure the best shopping experience for all our customers.   • Return & Refund
    • We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills

  • Return Policy - Time Limits:
    • If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint via the app within 7 days for non-perishable items and 48 hours for perishable items. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.You can also return the products which you are dissatisfied with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.

  • How can I refer mymall to my friends?
    • 1. Login to your mymall account through our website on your desktop or our app on your mobile.
      2.On Mobile App – Click on the Sidebar menu and go to ‘Refer & Earn’.
      3. On Website - Click on ‘My Account’ and you will find ‘Refer & Earn’ under ‘My Account’ Menu.
      4. Use your unique Referral Code to invite your friends and ask them to sign up using your referral code.
      5. On successful registration and delivery of a minimum order worth Rs.500 by your friend, you and your friend earn a wallet credit worth Rs.100.

  • How many friends can I refer?
    • 1. You can refer up to 20 of your friends to mymall and earn a maximum of Rs.2000 as referral bonus. From the 21st invitation, even if the referee completes the transaction of a minimum value of Rs.500 and use the unique referrer code while signing up, the referral bonus will not be credited.
      2. To ensure that users don't get spammed, kindly send invites only to people you are acquainted with.

  • Where do I get my reward of Rs.100?
    • There is an inbuilt wallet on mymall for every user. Your referral reward will be credited there so you can use it for any future transactions on mymall. The reward will get credited to you within 24 hours of your friend’s successful order delivery.

  • Is there an expiry date to my wallet credit?
    • No, there is no expiry date on the reward amount. Once the money is credited to your mymall wallet, it stays there till its used.

  • How do I check my wallet balance?
    • Get the Mymall App and You can view your wallet balance and its associated details under "My Wallet" section in "My Accounts" page.
